Moises Morales

Moises Morales III has always been driven by a passion for helping others. This commitment led him to pursue a career in law, where he strives to support individuals through some of the most challenging times in their lives. Dedicated to addressing injustices in the community, his goal is to help people move forward.
Born and raised in Fort Hancock, Texas, Moises grew up in a household where service was a central value. His parents, both full-time pastors, instilled in him and his siblings the importance of giving back to their local church and community. Alongside his commitment to service, he developed a deep love for sports, particularly basketball, which he played from the age of six through college. His dedication to the sport earned him a basketball scholarship to Sul Ross State University (SRSU), where he completed his bachelor’s degree before continuing his education at the University of Houston Law Center.
During law school, Moises gained hands-on legal experience by clerking at multiple law firms and in both Federal and State courts. These experiences exposed him to various practice areas, including personal injury law, family law, social security, criminal defense, and immigration law. Through this exposure, he discovered his passion for advocating for injured individuals in the courtroom. It was also during law school that he met his wife, a Houston native.
Following graduation, Moises remained in Houston, where he worked for three esteemed law firms specializing in trial law, particularly cases involving trucking and automobile accidents. As he gained experience, he developed a vision for a law practice that would make a meaningful impact on the community. Seeing firsthand the devastating consequences of trucking and workplace injuries, he was motivated to establish Moises Morales Law. Since its founding, he has dedicated himself to fighting for individuals who have been wronged, ensuring they receive the justice they deserve.
Beyond his legal career, Moises maintains a deep connection to his personal passions. He and his wife, whom he met in law school, have two children and enjoy traveling, exploring Houston’s diverse culinary scene, and spending time with family, friends, and their church community. These aspects of his life provide balance and perspective, which he carries into his legal practice and the work he does every day at Moises Morales Law.
